Lucio Salvatore
Lives and works in Rio de Janeiro and in Sant’Elia Fiumerapido (Italy).

Lucio Salvatore (born May 3, 1975) is an Italian born multidisciplinary artist who has worked in photography, text, painting, sculpture, performance and appropriation of processes.

Educated in classical studies, Salvatore studied economics at Bocconi University in Milan, studied philosophy in Milan, photography in New York and art at the EAV Parque Lage visual arts school in Rio de Janeiro.

The most recent solo exhibition of Salvatore is Metaelementi, Museum of Modern Art MAM Rio de Janeiro, curated by Fernando Cocchiarale and Fernanda Lopes (09.12.2017-25.02.2018).
