Sensing the art scene in search of new talents and acting as a platform for the launching of their production is part of our gallery’s mission, and our constant practice.

Created in 2013, the gallery represents artists of various generations and trends and understands that its role is to accompany the development of their careers and production, aiming to insert their works into the institutional circuit and the contemporary art market.

To create a space that allows the spectator a more exclusive and intimate contact with art, Martha Pagy brought the gallery to her house, presenting the artworks in a setting where visitors can better appreciate the pieces and reflect on them, while allowing her to offer a more personalized service that includes not only guided visits to exhibitions conducted by the partners/directors, but also the possibility of consulting the library of art books within the gallery space.

For more than 20 years, Martha Pagy has been dedicated to promoting art in the institutional and private-sector fields. She was one of the people tasked with formulating the activity profile of the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil in Rio de Janeiro from its inauguration in 1989 to 2003. At the helm of her company, since 2006 she has been representing artists and carrying out projects in the areas of curating, consulting and production. From 2007 to 2012 she directed the Largo das Artes, in Rio de Janeiro’s historic downtown, where she held exhibitions of contemporary art and promoted the launch of young talents in the Brazilian art scene.
